I track three things:

Signal → Resistance → Emergence

  • What is true but not fully claimed

  • What is protecting against it

  • What is trying to take shape

From there, I:

  • name what is actually happening

  • identify the protection blocking movement

  • create a container strong enough to hold tension

  • require action, not just reflection
